Hi Tech Components PTY LTD through our Racetech Materials division can offer a number of specific services related to that product group.

These are as follows;

• Guillotine - Our hydraulic guillotine can shear up to .190" 4130 plate at the top end of its range, however as this is at the limit we will only offer limited 'cut to size' at that max thickness.

•  Cut off Saw - We can offer on all tube orders a cut to length option for customers who require multiple sets of materials, or multiple pieces at a specific length. Please contact us with your specific requirements for quotation.

• Bill of Materials Quotation - Many customers request a quote on a 'parts list' and we are happy to do this right from your drawings materials list, through to 'nesting' calculations where you need to cut a specific qty of lengths from the random length raw materials.

• Despatch and Freight Services - As we are involved every day in despatching to customers right around Australia, we have established a range of despatch services to make sure the product gets to you in the most efficient way possible to meet the needs of the most urgent or exacting situation. (We clearly rely on third party services to assist us provide this service and yes occasionally we, or they, will get it wrong, but we will always assure you of our every effort to meet your requirements)

• Application Advice - As we do not consider ourselves to be expert in all the fields of end use for these products, we maintain that whilst every effort will be made to assist in the provision of information regarding the types of raw materials available, and in some instances a referral to third parties, Hi Tech Components PTY LTD and its employees are not design or application engineers but rather, we are experienced in the sourcing and supply of critical application raw materials. Therefore, as a raw materials supplier with no specific knowledge of the end uses, fabrication techniques, nor engineering nor design criteria we are unable to comment on fitness for purpose.
